Cancellation Policy

To honor the time, care, and preparation dedicated to each guest, 24 hours’ notice is required for all cancellations, rescheduling, and no-shows. This policy applies to all appointments booked online or in person. Appointments canceled, rescheduled, or missed with less than 24 hours’ notice—including arrivals more than 15 minutes late—will be subject to a 50% charge of the scheduled service(s). Charges will be processed using the card on file at the time of booking. Same-Day Cancellations: Appointments canceled, rescheduled, or missed on the day of the appointment will be subject to a 75% charge of the scheduled service(s), as this time is often difficult to rebook. Guests arriving more than 10 minutes late may be asked to reschedule or may need to forgo a portion of the service to ensure a relaxed and timely experience for all guests scheduled that day. We understand that unexpected situations can arise, and emergencies will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Your understanding and communication are always appreciated.
